“You don’t look your age” or “you’ve got nice skin” is what I hear often, well good skin doesn’t just happen overnight! You need a routine. I’m no expert I just like sharing with you what I find beneficial and shows results. Here are some of my favourite products which happen to also be hero products within their brands. Most importantly they work for me.
Double Cleansing I like to double cleanse and ever since I started this practice I’ve noticed a huge difference in the appearance of my skin. I love using cleansing oils and cleansing balms leaving my skin feeling clean, hydrated and nourished. I’m using Votary Cleansing Oil (Super seed) and Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm.
Acid Toning I don’t do this step as much as I could/should however when I do remember to sweep over my face before bedtime I do notice my skin looks much fresher in the morning. I’m using Pixi Glow Tonic.
Treating I try to do a face mask at least once a week and tend to choose a day I’m not working so I have time to relax while it does it’s thing. I like masks that don’t break you out after. I’m using Dr Sebagh Skin Perfecting Mask.
Active Serum I like to use a good quality hyaluronic acid daily to boost collagen levels, plump and retain moisture – it’s like a big drink for the skin! I always use Dr Sebagh Serum Repair.
Moisturise I started experimenting with face oils to moisturise however I still like to use a nice face cream that’s highly hydrating, anti-ageing and non pore blocking and not heavy. I like Dr Sebagh High Maintenance Cream.
Skin Supplement OK hands up I often forget to take these regular however the benefits of a high grade pure omega 3 fish oil for your skin health are worth the time and investment. It’s good for all skin conditions and not just helping combat wrinkles, but also aids acne, eczema and psoriasis. I like Bare Biology Pure Omega 3 Fish Oil.

Oh you should try it, I love the rose, geranium and apricot one too. They are both so nourishing and a beautiful experience to use. The super seed is great if you are super sensitive. x
